Situo Liu

Situo (Stu) Liu is a seasoned data science and engineering professional with extensive experience in machine learning and data-driven decision-making. Currently serving as a Senior Engineering Manager at Unity, Situo leads teams focused on ML Ranking, Ranking Infrastructure, and Data Platforms following the acquisition of Tapjoy Offerwall and its merger with Unity. Previously, Situo held multiple roles at Groupon, culminating in a Data Science Manager II position, where impactful contributions included developing advanced models for deal recommendations, pricing strategies, and enhancing market intelligence. Earlier career experiences include positions at Spry, Inc., Carnegie Mellon University, and Roland Berger Strategy Consultants, providing a strong foundation in statistical analysis and data modeling. Situo holds a Master’s Degree in Statistics from Carnegie Mellon University and a Bachelor of Science in Statistics from Renmin University of China.
