Tai (Green) Wingfield is a seasoned professional with over fifteen years of expertise in workplace experience, diversity, equity, and inclusion. Currently serving as the Workplace Experience & Responsible Business Lead at Unity since January 2022, Tai manages a team of over 40, crafting strategies that enhance employee experiences and promote responsible business practices. Prior to this role, Tai was the Global Inclusion Lead at Weber Shandwick, where responsibilities included overseeing the Diversity, Equity and Inclusion offering and advising organizations on corporate social responsibility and brand reputation. Previous positions include senior roles at the Center for Talent Innovation and Edelman, highlighting a diverse background in communications and account management.
