Connor Garvin has a diverse work experience in the field of Information Technology. Connor started their career as a Computer Technician II at the University of New Mexico from May 2015 to October 2016. After that, they worked as a Client Services IT Technician at an undisclosed company from February 2017 to October 2019.

From October 2019 to January 2022, Connor served as a Client Services Management (CSM) - IT Supervisor, where they led a team of Client Services Technicians and managed the installation, maintenance, and upgrades of technology systems. During this role, they created and managed a troubleshooting guide KB repository, which significantly reduced field technician burnout and turnover rate.

In March 2019, they joined HealthPlace Services (HPS) as a Lead IT Analyst, where they focused on improving clients' clinical informatics and workflows. Connor acted as the HPS problem manager, created training materials for technicians, and provided professional services assessments for new clients.

Later, Connor worked as an IT Manager from January 2022 to September 2022, before transitioning to their current role as the Director of Information Technology at UnityBPO in September 2022. As director, they are responsible for contract/client relations, improving business processes, and strategic organization of the company. Additionally, Connor oversees tasks such as hiring, training, assigning work, and addressing complaints in a timely manner.

In addition to their employment history, Connor also has self-employment experience as a Desktop Consulting, Configuration, & Engineering consultant from June 2012 to present.

Connor Garvin attended UNM Anderson School of Management from 2012 to 2016, where they pursued a Bachelor of Business Administration (BBA) degree with a focus on Management Information Systems, General. After completing their undergraduate studies, they pursued further education in Information Technology and obtained a CompTia A+ certification from an unspecified institution.
