UnityCircle is a purpose-driven platform that empowers organizations to activate, manage, and scale Employee Resource Groups (ERGs) and micro-communities—unlocking the full potential of their people and culture.

In today’s evolving workplaces, employees seek more than just a paycheck—they seek belonging, purpose, and connection. UnityCircle helps organizations bridge the gap between structure and soul by building inclusive, human-centered communities at work.

🌱 What We Do
We support HR, DEI, and business leaders to:

Launch and govern impactful ERGs aligned with business and cultural goals

Measure community engagement, wellbeing, and belonging through analytics

Develop ERG leaders and build internal advocacy across all levels

Automate operations, event workflows, and communication across ERGs

Foster happiness, retention, and cross-cultural collaboration

💡 Our Philosophy
We believe that:

“Great workplaces are built on great communities.”

ERGs are not side projects—they are culture accelerators, talent incubators, and innovation engines.
