Nancy Flege has accumulated extensive experience in recruitment, training, and coaching since beginning a career in 2005. Currently serving as a Trainerin at Unitymedia since October 2011, Nancy is responsible for designing and conducting recruiting workshops tailored to sales channels. Additionally, as a Recruiterin Sales, Nancy specializes in recruiting sales representatives and managers for direct sales. From June 2015, Nancy has also provided life and career coaching through Lebensschritte. Prior experience includes a role as Senior Personalberaterin at ifp | Executive Search Management Diagnostics, focusing on the selection of specialists and executives across various industries. Nancy's academic background includes a Diplom in Psychology from the University of Mannheim and studies at the University of Birmingham and Leipzig University.
