Cole Malcolm

Cole Malcolm, MHA, is an accomplished professional in health administration with a diverse background in various operational roles. Currently serving as the Enterprise Nursing Operations Program Manager at UnityPoint Health since June 2021, Cole has also held positions as Project Manager for Clinical Operations and Administrative Fellow within the same organization. In addition to practical experience, Cole contributed to academic settings as an Adjunct Instructor for Health Economics at the University of Northern Iowa from January to May 2022. Previous experience includes research as a Graduate Research Assistant at University of Iowa Health Care and internships at UCHealth, Buchanan County Health Center, and RDA Financial Network, Inc. Cole holds a Master's degree in Health Administration from the University of Iowa and a Bachelor's degree in Economics with a focus on Quantitative Techniques from the University of Northern Iowa.
