Douglas Reiling

Douglas Reiling has extensive experience in information technology, currently serving as the Information Technology Client Device Lead at UnityPoint Health since 2005, where responsibilities include leading hardware technicians and overseeing the resolution of desktop and software issues across the organization. Prior to this role, Douglas worked as a Customer Service Representative at G-Tech from 1991 to 1998, managing a regional territory of over 100 Lottery Terminals and providing training and troubleshooting support. Douglas holds an Associate's degree in Electronic Engineering with a focus on Computer Engineering from NEC Technical Training, completed between 1987 and 1990, and graduated from Kuemper High School in 1987.
