Eric Beal

Eric Beal, PHR, currently serves as the Manager of HR Shared Services at UnityPoint Health since December 2014, where responsibilities include optimizing day-to-day HR operations for a workforce of 34,000 team members and driving continuous process improvements. Prior to this role, Eric held the position of Leaves Manager at UnityPoint, overseeing the integration and compliance of affiliate leave programs.
