Jen Swoboda

Jen Swoboda has extensive experience in healthcare and informatics, currently serving as a Clinical Effectiveness Project Facilitator at UnityPoint Health since September 2014, following roles as a Senior Clinical Informatics Analyst and Project Manager. Prior to this position, Jen worked at Epic Systems from May 2006 to March 2014 as a Software Trainer, Project Manager, and Instructional Designer, achieving an average trainer evaluation score of 3.8 out of 4 while teaching diverse groups on software configuration. Earlier career experience includes serving as an Editor at Federated Insurance from June 2004 to April 2006, where responsibilities included overseeing a corporate magazine, supervising staff, and collaborating with senior executives. Jen holds a Bachelor of Arts degree in Communication from Luther College, obtained in 2004.
