Justin Lima

Justin Lima currently serves as the Director of Ambulatory Revenue Cycle Integrity at UnityPoint Health since May 2022. Prior to this role, Justin held various positions at UnityPoint Health – Meriter, including Provider Practice Analytics Manager and Business Services Manager, starting in February 2014. Justin's career in healthcare management began at Monroe Clinic, where responsibilities included Practice Manager Decision Support and Practice Manager from January 2008 to February 2014. Justin holds a Master of Healthcare Administration from Walden University, obtained between 2011 and 2013, and a Bachelor of Science in Accounting/Financial Planning from Northern Michigan University, completed from 2006 to 2008.
