Missy Roach

Missy Roach is an experienced Human Resources professional with a strong background in recruitment and staffing. Since March 2015, Missy has served as a Human Resources Business Partner - Recruitment at UnityPoint Health. Prior to that, Missy worked as a Recruiter at ChildServe from January 2007 to March 2015, and as a Recruiter for Citi from 2002 to 2006, focusing on Citicards and CitiMortgage. Missy began the career as a Staffing Specialist at Kelly Services from 2000 to 2002. Missy holds a Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration with double majors in Management and Marketing, along with a minor in Management Information Systems from Wartburg College, completed in 2000.
