Phil Duggan is an experienced manager in the field of Geographic Information Systems (GIS) and spatial data management, currently serving as the Manager of Management Solutions at the Department of Natural Resources and Mines (Queensland) since December 2014. In this role, Phil oversees systems teams focused on cadastral systems, spatial information resources, land and resource information systems, and high-performance computing.
