Shanae Walker

Shanae Walker is a Senior Credit & Customer Advisor at Unitywater, contributing to the Revenue Assurance Team since June 2017. In this role, Shanae supports vulnerable customers, particularly those impacted by Domestic Family Violence, while maintaining responsibilities from the previous Credit Officer position. Shanae has been recognized with the ‘Customer Excellence’ award in both 2018 and 2020 for exceptional performance. Responsibilities have included supervising credit staff, participating in audits for continuous improvement, conducting quality reviews, and managing day-to-day operations regarding revenue collection.
