Rich Andrews

Richard Andrews is a seasoned leader in the healthcare sector, currently serving as Co-Founder and CEO of Univa, an organization dedicated to developing evidence-based clinical tools for eating disorders. Since April 2019, Richard has co-chaired the NHS Confederation's Digital Mental Health Forum, advocating for the effective integration of digital solutions in mental health services across the UK. Additionally, Richard holds a board member position with the Mental Health Network of the NHS Confederation, promoting excellence in mental health services. As the founder and former CEO of Healios, Richard was integral in creating a comprehensive digital behavioral healthcare platform for children and families. Previously, Richard held various roles at Hoffmann-La Roche, GlaxoSmithKline, sanofi-aventis, and others, focusing on market insights and product strategy. Richard earned a First Class (Hons) degree in Pharmacology from the University of Southampton.
