Pleus Blom

Pleus Blom currently serves as the Senior Global HR Director for Total Rewards at Univar Solutions, starting in April 2021, and is a key member of the Global HR Leadership Team. Previously, Pleus Blom held multiple roles in human resources, including HR Director for Total Rewards EMEA & APAC at Christelijke Hogeschool Ede, and Head of Human Resources at both NN and Dorcas. Additional experience includes leadership positions at Delta Lloyd, Eprom business consultants, and Nes Ammim International. Pleus Blom began a career in human resources at TNO and Brunel. Educational qualifications include a Bachelor’s degree in Human Resource Management from Rotterdam Business School and advanced studies in Business Administration and People Analytics from notable institutions.
