Tom Edman

Tom Edman has extensive experience in the chemical industry, currently serving as the Product Director for caustic soda at Univar Solutions since June 2017, managing the largest caustic soda business in North America. Previously, Tom held the role of Sr. Product Manager for caustic soda in the Western Region at Univar Solutions. Prior to this, Tom worked at Axiall Corporation (a Westlake Company) from January 2013 to July 2017 as a Sr. Account Executive and Account Manager, contributing to significant PVC and Chlor-Alkali sales. Tom's career began at PPG Industries, where roles included Account Manager and Sr. Account Representative in chlor-alkali sales. Earlier positions include Supply Chain Manager and Account Manager at ZaCh System Corporation and a Technical Shift Manager at AK Steel Corporation. Tom holds an MBA from the University of Southern California and dual undergraduate degrees in Chemical Engineering and Chemistry from West Virginia University Institute of Technology.
