Lisa Mitchell

Lisa Mitchell has over 21 years of experience in provider relations and account management, all with Univera Healthcare. Currently serving as Supervisor of Provider Relations since February 2009, Lisa manages a team of three representatives and oversees key large provider groups. Previous roles included Provider Relations Representative, where responsibilities involved direct provider support in the Northtowns territory, and various positions in account services and sales. Lisa's early career included roles as Account Sales Consultant and Customer Service Representative, where skills in relationship management and customer satisfaction were developed. Lisa holds an Associate of Science degree in Medical/Clinical Assistant from Trocaire College, earned between 1992 and 1995.
