Melinda Coleman

Melinda Coleman currently serves as the HCI Quality Improvement Manager at Univera Healthcare, a position held since September 2018. Previously, Melinda held various roles at YourCare Health Plan, culminating as Supervisor of Facilitated Enrollment from June 2015 to August 2018, and at Univera Healthcare in multiple capacities including Supervisor of the Individual Market & Government Programs Call Center and Team Lead of the Safety Net Call Center. Melinda holds a Bachelor of Business Administration (BBA) in Business Administration and Management from Buffalo State University, obtained between 2005 and 2008.
