Diego Laurentino has a strong background in software development and analysis. Diego started their career at HSBC Retail Banking and Wealth Management, where they worked as a Software Analyst in an e-commerce project for selling insurance products. Diego developed portlets for different areas of insurance on Websphere Portal. Diego then transitioned to a Production Support Analyst role, providing production support to global batch applications and users worldwide.
