Garvit Patel

Garvit Patel has a strong background in DevOps, with experience at multiple companies. Starting in 2017, they worked as a Full Stack Intern at KiwiSpecs, where they developed app integrations with various APIs and collaborated with team members on solution development. In 2018, Garvit joined Crest Data Systems as a DevOps Engineer, where they played a lead role in a migration project, conducted daily video conferences, created Splunk dashboards, and implemented CI/CD Jenkins pipelines. Garvit also trained and mentored interns during their time at Crest Data Systems. Most recently, Garvit worked at Univeris as a DevOps Technical Lead, where they executed a migration project, automated application deployment in the cloud, and played a critical role in migrating infrastructure from AWS and Private cloud to GCP and Managed Datacenter.

From 2020 to 2021, they attended Lambton College and obtained a Post Graduate Diploma in Cloud Computing for Bigdata.

Between 2014 and 2018, Garvit studied at CHAROTAR UNIVERSITY OF SCIENCE AND TECHNOLOGY, where they earned a Bachelor's Degree in Information Technology.

From 2001 to 2012, they attended Saint Xavier's High School, focusing on Mathematics and Computer Science as their field of study at the high school level.

In addition to their formal education, Garvit also obtained several certifications. In March 2019, they received the Splunk Enterprise Certified Admin certification from Splunk. In December 2018, they obtained the Splunk Core Certified Power User certification, and in November 2018, they achieved the Splunk Core Certified User certification. Furthermore, in May 2017, Garvit received a certification in Cloud Computing from Ganpat University. Lastly, in May 2020, they obtained the Oracle Cloud Infrastructure Foundations 2020 Certified Associate certification from Oracle.
