Jackie Siddall

Jackie Siddall has a comprehensive work experience in the field of user experience and design. Jackie is currently working as a UX Manager at Univeris since February 2022. Prior to this, they worked at Sun Life as a Senior User Experience Consultant from November 2019 to February 2022. Before that, they were self-employed as a UX Researcher & Designer from February 2019 to November 2019.

From 2017 to 2018, Jackie worked at RBC as an Interaction Designer. Jackie also gained experience as a Senior Interaction Designer at Normative from October 2016 to March 2017. Prior to that, they worked at Critical Mass as a Senior Experience Architect from September 2014 to October 2016.

Jackie also has experience working at SapientNitro as an Information Architect from May 2013 to September 2014. Jackie worked at Idea Couture in two different roles, starting as a Senior Designer from April 2008 to August 2011, and later as an Information Architect from May 2011 to May 2013.

Their earlier experiences include working at Fusion Interactive as a Senior Designer and Art Director from 1999 to 2003, and at Bratch Innovation as a Web Designer in 1997-1998.

Jackie Siddall attended Sheridan College from 1994 to 1997, where they obtained a three-year diploma in Graphic Design. Prior to that, they attended the University of Waterloo from 1991 to 1993, majoring in Architecture.
