Shubham Jaiswal

Shubham Jaiswal has a diverse work experience in various companies and roles. Shubham started their career as a Management Trainee at Tata Capital Limited in 2011. Later, they worked as a Business Analyst at IBM India from 2011 to 2014, where they were involved in SAP implementation projects and migration to SAP ERP.

After that, they joined Accenture as a Business Analyst and worked on a project for an Electronics client, focusing on SAP implementation and Oracle DB migration. Shubham was responsible for preparing high-level functional design documents, system requirements, and training materials. Shubham also conducted requirements gathering sessions, defect triaging, and user training.

In 2016, Shubham became a Scrum Product Owner at Densify and worked on a complex agile transformation project. Shubham managed multiple scrum teams and handled the feature transition from on-prem to AWS cloud.

Next, they joined Ruby as a Product Owner, where they worked on enhancing the features of the Ashley Madison dating website/app. Shubham participated in program increment planning, shaped the product roadmap, and coordinated with development and UI/UX teams.

Shubham then served as a Product Manager at Amdocs, where they worked on identity and access management projects, focusing on user lifecycle management and integration with CRM and intelligence platforms. Shubham managed the product roadmap, stakeholders, and monitored KPIs.

At Tech Mahindra, they worked as a Consultant and was involved in the implementation of an omnichannel web app for agents. Shubham developed new product strategies and maintained product documentation. Shubham also collaborated with UX teams and coordinated cross-project activities.

In 2020, Shubham joined Klir as a Product Manager and contributed to the creation of a global compliance platform for water utilities. Shubham worked on roadmapping, user interface and experience, and managed stakeholders. Shubham also conducted requirement elicitation and managed release planning and scrum ceremonies.

Their most recent role is at Domain7 as a Product Manager, where they continue to contribute their expertise in product management.

In 2022, Shubham joined Univeris as a Product Manager, further advancing their career in the field.

Shubham Jaiswal pursued their education at the Harcourt Bulter Technological Institute from 2002 to 2006, where they obtained a B.Tech degree. Following this, they attended the Indian Institute of Foreign Trade from 2009 to 2011, completing an MBA in International Business. In addition to their academic qualifications, Shubham has obtained several certifications throughout their career. Shubham became a Certified Scrum Product Owner (CSPO) through Scrum Alliance in December 2016 and again in March 2022. Moreover, they achieved the ITIL v3 certification from AXELOS Global Best Practice in December 2014 and the BCS ISEB certification from BCS, The Chartered Institute for IT in July 2014. Although Shubham also holds certifications as a DB2 Application Developer and DB2 Database Associate from IBM, the specific information regarding the months and years of obtaining these certifications is not available.
