Barb Kasprzak

Barb Kasprzak has extensive experience in benefits counseling and customer service, currently serving as a Seasonal Benefits Counselor at Univers Workplace Solutions since October 2013. In this role, Barb assists employees from various companies with their annual enrollment questions and plans. Prior to this, Barb worked as a Benefit Consultant at Aflac for a brief period in 2019. From February 2007 to October 2013, Barb served as a Senior Collector at Professional Recovery Services, managing calls for third-party collections. Earlier in Barb's career, from October 1996 to November 2005, Barb was a Recruiting Manager at Towers Perrin, where responsibilities included recruiting customer service representatives for a benefits administration call center. Barb graduated from Triton High School in 1980 and has further education from Camden County College.
