Eric Wang

Eric (Chongyao) Wang is an accomplished technology leader with extensive experience in software engineering and development management. Currently serving as the Head of Software Engineering at Univers in Singapore since January 2023, Eric has held significant leadership roles at prominent companies including SAP Concur as Senior Director of Software Engineering and SuccessFactors as Engineering Director, where Eric (Chongyao) focused on enterprise social collaboration and community development. Prior roles at SAP Labs China involved managing development teams for logistics applications and establishing the HCM Core team in Shanghai, while earlier experiences at Augmentum and Timogen Systems involved SaaS solutions and supply chain management products. Eric holds an MBA from both KEDGE Business School and Shanghai Jiao Tong University, complemented by a BS in Computer Science from Nanjing University.
