Xavier Becuwe

Xavier Becuwe is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in the energy sector, currently serving as Director at Univers since July 2020, focusing on electric vehicle charging, energy management, renewables, and net zero carbon initiatives. Prior to this, Xavier founded and acted as CEO of Greenwell, where the emphasis was on smart building technology and CO2 optimization. Xavier also worked as a Senior Advisor in the smart energy systems field while freelancing between 2017 and 2020. Previous roles include managerial positions at Yélé Consulting and EDF, where responsibilities centered on smart energy and sustainable solutions. Early career experiences include a managerial role at Atos and analytical work at Shanghai Jiao Tong University. Xavier holds multiple degrees, including a Grande Ecole Engineering diploma from CentraleSupélec and Master’s degrees from Shanghai Jiao Tong University and Cranfield University, complemented by a strong foundation in physics from Paris-Sud University.
