Greg Baugh has a diverse work history spanning several companies and roles. Greg began their career in 1985 as a Development Engineer at Goodyear Aerospace Corp. Greg then moved on to Spartech Plastics, where they worked as a Plant Engineer from 1989 to 2000. In 2000, they joined Bonnell Aluminum as a Project Engineer, eventually transitioning to the role of Technical Services Manager from 2006 to 2014. Most recently, they have been working as the Director of Engineering at Universal Alloy Corporation since 2014.

Greg Baugh completed their education between 1979 and 1984 at the University of Alabama, where they obtained a Bachelor of Science (B.S.) degree in Mechanical Engineering. Additionally, during the same period, they also pursued a Bachelor of Engineering (B.Eng.) degree in Mechanical Engineering at The University of Alabama.
