Carl S. Tannenbaum

Carl is a partner in the Business Department. For 35 years, Carl has represented business clients on a national basis in a broad range of services, with a focus on business planning, business advisory services, advisory board member services, mergers and acquisitions, debt and equity financings, entity structuring, employment law, and commercial litigation. Carl has specialized in counseling and representing clients in the construction industry, various manufacturing industries, the security guard business, and the electronic security alarm industry. Representative clients in the alarm and security industry include guard companies, alarm dealers, systems integrators, manufacturers, distributors, wholesale monitoring centers, industry trade associations and insurance companies. Prior to joining the firm, Carl was a founding partner of Tannenbaum and Chanin, LLP, where he served as its managing partner since its formation in 1996.

Carl received his law degree in 1970 from the University of Pennsylvania Law School. He received his Bachelor of Science cum laude in 1967 from The Pennsylvania State University. Carl is admitted to the Bar of Pennsylvania.
