Alla Gleizel

Alla Gleizel is currently the Director of Design Airworthiness Certification & Safety Engineering at Universal Avionics. Prior to this role, Alla served as the Systems Engineering Manager at Safran. With a background in Materials Engineering and Physics, Alla has extensive experience in leading multidisciplinary engineering teams, managing project communication, and ensuring adherence to quality, schedule, and budget requirements. Throughout their career, Alla has also specialized in materials selection and design for aerospace and military products, as well as development of test equipment for harsh environmental conditions.
