Neha Talwar

Neha Talwar is a seasoned professional in product management with extensive experience in the technology sector. Currently serving as the Director of Product Management at Universal Background Screening since April 2025, Neha previously held the position of Associate Director of Product at Vetty from July 2021 to March 2025, overseeing the full suite of product offerings. Prior to that, Neha was a Product Manager at First Advantage from August 2014 to April 2021, managing Profile Advantage, a key candidate experience tool. Neha's career began at Toluna as a Quality Analyst in 2009, progressing through roles at Contata Solutions and Mann-India Technologies.
