Tracy Deck has over 20 years of experience in sales and management roles. Their most recent position was as the Director of Domestic Sales at Universal Beauty Products Inc. Tracy previously worked as the Director of Sales, Manufacturers Representative at GBL Sales, Inc., where they were responsible for all aspects of sales and managed customer partnerships. Tracy also served as the Health & Beauty Aids Manufacturer’s Representative Sales and Merchandising Manager at Briggs Market Masters, where they built and maintained high-value accounts. Prior to that, they worked as the Associate Area Director at United Way of Greater Atlanta and the Regional Campaign Director at United Way of Central MD. Tracy began their career as an Area Sales Representative at RJ Reynolds Tobacco Corp and also worked as an Acquisition Sales Territory Representative at Cintas First Aid and Safety. Tracy has a proven track record of achieving sales goals and building strong customer relationships.

Tracy Deck attended the University of Maryland from 1992 to 1996, where they obtained a Bachelor of Science degree in Business Administration and Management, General. Additionally, they also completed a Bachelor of Science degree in Accounting from the same university, graduating in 1996.
