He has been honored as the Vice President of ‘Pune Construction Association’ alongwith ‘Prerna Puraskar’ in 2001 and ‘Pune ki Asha Award’ in 2003. He initiated the concept of ‘Five Year Plan’ that enabled the Company to spread out globally and expand the Sales & Service network. Also, he has been unanimously elected as the Chairman of the Builders Association of India, Pune Center for two consecutive years and Vice President for Builders Association of India.
