Earl L Wilkerson Jr is an experienced IT professional with a strong background in developing, implementing, and maintaining web application systems, particularly in ASP and ASP.NET. Currently, Earl serves in a senior capacity at Universal Leaf Tobacco Company, following roles at UDig and the City of Richmond, where extensive project management and system development experience were gained.
