Greg Seamster

Greg Seamster has over 20 years of experience in the tobacco industry. Greg is currently the Senior Vice President of Sales at Universal Leaf Tobacco Company. Previously, they held various roles at Lancaster Leaf Tobacco Company, including Vice President Sales and Assistant Vice President Sales. In these positions, they played a key role in business decisions such as strategic growth strategies, cost reduction, and financial projections. Greg also managed inventory, coordinated global tobacco production replenishment plans, and participated in value-driven activities. Greg has traveled extensively to countries like India, Bangladesh, Indonesia, Singapore, Dominican Republic, and Europe. Prior to their roles at Lancaster Leaf, they held positions as the Domestic Leaf Manager, Assistant Sales Manager, and Domestic Leaf Buyer. Greg started their career as an Assistant Plant Manager, where they gained knowledge of the processing facility's operations and managed a team of employees.

Greg Seamster completed their education at Villanova University from 2010 to 2012, where they earned a Master of Business Administration (M.B.A.) degree. Prior to that, from 1993 to 1997, Greg attended Hampden-Sydney College, where they obtained a Bachelor of Arts (BA) degree with a major in Political Science and Government.
