Kaitlyn Abell has a diverse work experience spanning multiple industries. Kaitlyn began their career as a Caddie at Greenbriar Hills Country Club in 2008 and worked there until 2013. In 2008, they also worked as a Catering Assistant at Suzanne Miller Catering, where they assisted with food preparation, serving, and event cleanup.

In 2013, Kaitlyn joined Southeast Missouri State University as an Office Assistant, where they performed various office duties and provided assistance to students. This role lasted until 2015.

Kaitlyn Abell began their education in 2012 at Southeast Missouri State University, where they studied Marketing. Kaitlyn then transferred to the University of Missouri-Saint Louis in 2015 to pursue a Bachelor of Business Administration (BBA) degree in Marketing. Kaitlyn completed their BBA degree at the University of Missouri-Saint Louis in 2017. Additionally, in 2016, they had a brief study period at Auckland University of Technology, focusing on Marketing and International Business.
