Matthew B.

Matthew B. is a PhD-trained scientist with over six years of R&D experience in the in-vitro diagnostic industry. Currently, they serve as a Staff IVD Scientist at Universal Diagnostics S.A., developing an NGS liquid biopsy assay for early cancer detection. Previously, Matthew has held positions as a Senior Development Scientist I at Freenome and a Manager in Process Development at Boston Scientific, where they drove product development efforts and managed quality control activities. Matthew earned their PhD in Cardiovascular Physiology from the University of Michigan and began their academic journey with a Bachelor of Science in Biology from Penn State University.
