Staša Taferner, PhD

Staša Taferner, PhD has an extensive work experience, beginning with a Summer Internship at Farmadent in 2011. Following that, they completed a Research Placement Year at the University of Nevada Reno in 2012. In 2019, they began working as a Regulatory Affairs Associate at Krka, and in 2022 they transitioned to a Regulatory Affairs Manager position at Universal Diagnostics S.A.

Staša Taferner, PhD began their educational journey in 2006, when they attended Prva gimnazija Maribor for their high school studies. In 2008 and 2009, they attended Koninkljik Atheneum Temse for additional high school studies. Staša then attended The University of Manchester from 2010 to 2014, where they obtained a Bachelor's Degree in BSc (Hons) Biomedical Sciences with Industrial/Professional Experience. Finally, from 2014 to 2019, they attended UCL, where they obtained a Doctor of Philosophy (Ph.D.) in BHF 4 Year Studentship, Cardiovascular Science.
