Shawn Mokhtari

Shawn Mokhtari serves as East West’s Vice President of Operational Excellence and Integration, leading the transformation of East West facilities into world-class operations and developing collaborative teams across the company with a passion for Operational Excellence and continuous improvement. Shawn has over 25 years of experience in global Operations Management both in the OEM and the EMS electronic industries. Before joining East West, Shawn was the SVP and GM of Vexos Asia and responsible for business integration and improving operational efficiencies and EBITDA. Prior to Vexos, Shawn was the VP of International Integration for Cross Match Technologies, the global provider of best-in-class biometric identification systems, where he was responsible for engineering development and factory integrations in the USA and Germany. Before Cross Match, Shawn worked with Hewlett Packard, Solectron, and Flextronics corporations.
