Lauren S.

Lauren S. has a vast and impressive work experience spanning multiple industries. Lauren began their career in 2005 as an HR Business Partner and Generalist, gaining 10 years of progressive HR experience. In 2015, they joined Levy Restaurants as the Director of Human Resources, overseeing a large workforce of over 50,000 employees. In 2018, Lauren joined AssuredPartners, where they served as the Corporate Director of Human Resources and later promoted to Vice President of Employee Relations and Engagement. AssuredPartners is a rapidly growing independent insurance brokerage. Currently, Lauren holds the position of Vice President of People and Talent at Universal Engineering Sciences, a leading Architecture, Engineering, and Construction (AEC) firm with over 3,600 team members operating across multiple states and generating revenue exceeding $500 million.

Lauren S. has a Certificate in Total Rewards Compensation from Cornell University, which they obtained in 2022. In 2020, they also completed a Certificate Program in Change Management from the same institution. Additionally, they hold a Master of Science in Employment Law from Nova Southeastern University Shepard Broad College of Law, a Bachelor of Science in Psychology from the University of Central Florida, and has completed a Dual Enrollment/Early Admissions Program in Psychology from the University of Miami.
