Rachael Hetson

Director, Human Resources - Florida Division at Universal Engineering Sciences

Rachael Hetson's work experience begins in 2013, where they worked as a Manager at White Fence Farm at Windsor Equestrian Centre. Rachael continued their managerial role in various companies, including International Riding Camp and White Fence Farm at Windsor Equestrian Centre, until 2019. In 2018, Rachael started working as a Co-Director of Marketing at CrossLites and later transitioned to a role as an Assistant Director at International Riding Camp. Rachael then joined Universal Engineering Sciences in 2019, initially as a Recruiter, and eventually promoted to Human Resources Business Partner. As of September 2021, Rachael is currently serving as the Director of Human Resources for the Florida Division at Universal Engineering Sciences.

Rachael Hetson completed their Master of Jurisprudence degree in Labor and Employment Law at Tulane University Law School from 2020 to 2022. Prior to that, they obtained a Master of Business Administration (MBA) degree from Crummer Graduate School of Business at Rollins College between 2017 and 2019. Rachael also holds a Bachelor's degree in Spanish Language and Literature from Rollins College, which they earned from 2014 to 2016. Rachael's education journey began with their high school education at Kent School, where they completed their high school degree from 2010 to 2013.
