Shane Bowles has extensive experience in the construction industry, having served in various roles over more than two decades. From January 2002 to June 2011, Shane worked as a Quality Control Inspector at Anderson Columbia Co., Inc., responsible for tracking daily production and testing of on-site construction materials. Subsequently, from July 2011 to September 2014, Shane was the CSD Manager at Universal Engineering Sciences, Inc. In September 2014, Shane joined RS&H as a Senior Inspector, a position held until August 2024. Currently, Shane is the Construction Services Department Manager at UES, starting in July 2024.
