Chuck Suess

Chuck Suess serves as the Global Director of IT at Universal Engraving, Inc. since January 2025. Prior to this role, Chuck held the position of Senior Service Delivery Manager at Netsmart from September 2021 to December 2024. Chuck's extensive experience at Cerner Corporation from October 2003 to September 2021 includes various leadership roles, such as Director of Client Support Application Managed Services, Director of Global Support Services, Sr. Manager of Global Client Experience Technology, Manager of Shows and Events Technology, and Team Lead of Equipment Response Center. Chuck began a career in the United States Marine Corps, where responsibilities included Command Staff Officer and Operations, Training, and NBC Chief from January 1989 to June 2003. Chuck holds a Bachelor of Science in Management Information Systems and Services from the University of Maryland and an Associate of Science in Criminal Justice/Police Science from Metropolitan Community College.
