Jahna Rynes

Jahna Rynes is a Human Resources Specialist at Universal Fibers, Inc., where responsibilities include organizing over 500 personnel files and managing new hire data through ADP. As a former Talent Acquisition Specialist, Jahna revamped the hiring process, resulting in a 90% increase in job applicants and the recruitment of over 175 team members in six months.
