Deana Slater

Deana Slater is a seasoned professional in the real estate and title industry with extensive experience in various leadership roles. Currently serving as a Senior Closing Specialist and Closing Coordinator at Universal Field Services, Inc., Deana is instrumental in establishing a closing department for Sound Transit’s Real Property Services. Previous roles include Talent Partner at Hayward Recruiting and Vice President/County Manager at AEGIS Land Title Group, where Deana led escrow teams and provided expertise in branch management. Deana also held positions as President and Escrow Officer at Attorney's Title of Washington and Escrow Manager at Transnation Title/Northpoint Escrow, alongside earlier roles at Chicago Title Insurance and as a Licensed Real Estate Salesperson. Deana holds a Bachelor of Arts in American History from Columbus State University.
