Melanie Cramer

Melanie Cramer is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in project coordination and real estate. Currently serving as a Project Coordinator at Universal Field Services, Inc. since December 2019, Melanie has also worked as a Land Agent, both roles involving contract work for Georgia Power Company. Prior to this, Melanie held various positions at Berkshire Hathaway HomeServices as a Real Estate Agent, and spent over 16 years at Kohl's Department Stores, progressing from Manager in Training to Store Manager. Earlier experience includes a role as a Merchandising Assistant at jcpenney. Melanie holds a degree in Real Estate from The University of Georgia and is affiliated with the Georgia Association of Realtors.
