Seth Hemelstrand

Seth Hemelstrand is an experienced project manager currently working at Universal Field Services since January 2009, where responsibilities include assigning and reviewing agent work, contracting appraisers, managing project schedules, and maintaining budgets, in addition to performing acquisition work and serving as a skilled relocation agent. Prior to this role, Seth worked as a property agent for the City of Salem, OR from 2006 to 2009, focusing on property acquisition and management of leasehold properties. Earlier experience includes serving as a right-of-way agent at Universal Field Services from 2002 to 2006. Seth attended Oregon State University from 2000 to 2002.
