Currently serving as a Property and Casualty Underwriter at Universal Fire & Casualty Insurance Company since January 2023, Cynthia has also been the Owner of Touched by Cyntl since June 2018, offering services as a seamstress and furniture repurposer. Prior to these roles, Cynthia held the position of Senior Underwriter at Arch Insurance Group from January 2016 to April 2021, specializing in Excess and Surplus Insurance, and was a Senior Underwriter at IAT Group from November 2004 to January 2016.
