Ben White

Ben White is an experienced finance and human resources professional currently serving as the Director of Compensation, Benefits and HR Technology at UFP Industries since September 2019. In this role, Ben leads teams focused on Compensation, Benefits, Payroll, and HRIS, while also managing significant HRIS implementations that enhance HR data efficiency, cost mapping accuracy, and sales incentive transparency. Prior to UFP Industries, Ben held leadership positions in financial planning and analysis at Dematic and Amway, as well as a role in commercial portfolio management at Fifth Third Bank. Ben holds a Bachelor's degree in Finance and Financial Management Services from Western Michigan University.
