Initially, Bobby worked at The Mosaic Company as both a Maintenance Planner and Industrial Maintenance Planner, focusing on planning and executing major turnarounds within the phosphate and granulation plants. Bobby holds a diploma from Bartow High School, obtained between 1991 and 1993.
