Gary Hershberger

Gary Hershberger is an experienced professional in the fields of manufacturing and construction management. Currently serving as Factory Built Plant Manager and Maintenance Manager at UFP Industries since April 2021, Gary previously held the position of Construction Superintendent at McFarland Construction Inc. from November 2015 to August 2016. Additionally, Gary is a retired Chief Warrant Officer from the United States Marine Corps, where service extended from February 2008 to October 2015. Gary holds two Associate's degrees from Ivy Tech Community College, one in Business Administration and Management, General, and another in Industrial Technology/Technician, achieved between 2017 and 2020.
