Heman Higgins

Heman Higgins is an experienced professional in the construction industry, currently serving as Vice President of South Florida Operations and Senior Project Manager at Universal Forming, Inc. since April 2015. Previous roles include Senior Estimator at Baker Concrete Construction from September 2013 to April 2015, and Shell Division Manager at Coastal Masonry, Inc. for a brief period in early 2013.
